How to build an email list? To build a list, you must first configure the email funnel that should have at least two pages, such as landing page or squeeze page and thank you page. Once you configured the email funnel with a good lead magnet, you need to drive traffic to the landing page to build a list. Usually, there are three types of traffic -traffic can control -traffic can't control -traffic we own. You know the third type is nothing but our email subscribers. So to own our own traffic, we should build a list. To build a list, we need to drive traffic to our email funnel entry point. It is nothing but squeeze page. In other words, to have our own traffic, initially, we need to borrow it from the other two types of traffic. I mean, we need to drive traffic from paid traffic sources such as Google ads, Facebook ads, solo ads, etc... Or we need to drive free traffic from our blogs, social media accounts, etc...
